Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing and emailed to events@suncrestcounseling.com. Refunds, credits, and transfers will be honored as follows:

Cancellation & Refunds for the IFS Training Bundle
———————————–
If a registrant cannot attend one of the courses in the bundle, they may receive a credit toward a future training event provided by Suncrest Counseling in the following amounts:
🔹 $175 for Jenna Riemersma’s workshop (June 5-6, 2025)
🔹 $175 for Dr. Frank Anderson’s workshop (September 11-12, 2025)
🔹 $345 for Dr. Richard Schwartz’s workshop (November 6-7, 2025)
Alternatively, registrants may request a refund, which will be issued minus a $75 administrative processing fee.
✅ Cancellations for the entire bundle made at least 10 days before the first course (May 26, 2025) are eligible for a full refund, minus the $75 processing fee.
✅ Cancellations for an individual event must be made at least 10 days before that event's start date:
📅 Jenna Riemersma’s event: Cancel by May 26, 2025
📅 Dr. Frank Anderson’s event: Cancel by September 1, 2025
📅 Dr. Richard Schwartz’s event: Cancel by October 27, 2025
✅ Cancellations made within 10 days of an event’s start date are not eligible for a refund, but a credit may be issued (valid for 1 year).
✅ If a participant has already attended one or more courses in the bundle before canceling, refunds will be prorated based on the courses attended, and the $75 processing fee will still apply.

Transfers

🔄 If a registrant cannot attend, they may transfer their registration to another individual at no additional cost. To request a transfer, email candace@suncrestcounseling.com
before the course start date.

For Payment Plan Registrants

💳 Refunds will only be issued once all payments have been made in full.
💳 If payments are still in progress, the amount paid will be applied toward future courses as a credit rather than a refund.

General Cancellation & Refund Policies for All Events

⚠️ In the rare event that a training is canceled due to circumstances beyond our control, we will notify attendees as soon as possible. Attendees will be given the option to:
1️⃣ Transfer their tuition to a rescheduled date, or
2️⃣ Apply their tuition toward a future training.

No Refunds Will Be Issued for:

🚫 Attendee Technology Issues: It is the responsibility of the attendee to ensure their internet and device setup is working before the training begins. Refunds will not be issued for attendee-side technical failures. If the issue is due to our platform error, we will assess refund eligibility.
🚫 Email Issues: If an attendee does not receive login instructions due to restricted/bounced emails or other email issues, no refund will be issued. Attendees must contact us at least 24 hours before the event if they have not received their login details.
🚫 No-Shows: Registrants who fail to attend or participate live (either in-person or online) are not eligible for a refund.
📽️ For events that are recorded, access to the video will be available for up to 60 days after the event, but only live attendance qualifies for CE credits and certificates of completion.

Credit Usage & Expiration

🎟️ Credits issued for missed events can be applied toward any future Suncrest Counseling training within 1 year of the original event date.
🎟️ Credits are non-transferable to another person.
