Courage in Crisis: Building Resilience for First Responders

On the job, you face high-intensity and often devastating circumstances. As a hero in the community, how can you receive help navigating the demands of the call of duty that impact your mental well-being? Our therapists provide tailored mental health services to address the specific needs of those experiencing intense anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, grief and more.

Support for your mental well-being:

Suncrest Counseling aims to provide comprehensive support that recognizes and respects the experiences you face daily. Just as you prioritize the well-being of our neighborhoods, we prioritize your mental health and teach coping skills for resilience.

Our goal is to equip you with the tools to navigate these challenges, build coping strategies, and regain a sense of balance. Our therapy options and treatment methods can align to assist you in dealing with the complexities of your critical role on and off duty.

Compassionate Expertise:

Our therapists are trained in a range of evidence-based therapeutic methods that treat anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, PTSD, marital and relationship challenges, family dynamics, grief, addiction, substance use disorders, pornography, dependency, anger management, compulsive behaviors, and thought disorders. Our therapists tailor your sessions to what aligns with your unique journey.

Elevated care through day treatment service:

Recognizing the demand for focused assistance and skill-building, we offer an established day treatment program. It provides an elevated level of care, with options that cater to your unique requirements. Depending on your specific needs, you may enroll in an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) at 9 hours per week or the Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), offering 20 hours per week for more intensive support.
